I’m a full time traveler sharing and documenting my experiences as I explore the world! I love meeting new people, being outside, trying new foods, experiencing new cultures, and telling stories through my travels!
My goal is to inspire people to get out of their own neighborhood and see the world, and show them that you don’t need to have a million dollars saved up to do it, all you need is the willingness to try and a little resourcefulness.
The United States is my homebase, but I don’t actually have a city I call home. When I’m not backpacking around other countries, I’m living in the United States or Canada traveling around in my campervan that I built out and converted myself! I’ve been living this way since 2021 and have loved every minute of it!
Living in a van has taught me so much about traveling, myself, and how to make the best out of any situation. There’s always a new challenge with Vanlife, but the waking up to beautiful mountain mornings, meeting new and interesting people, and having the freedom to explore and roam wherever I want in the country is absolutely worth it!
After graduating from college with an engineering degree and heading right to work in corporate/government tech, I very quickly realized that it was not the life for me. But instead of just quitting my job right away I decided to leverage my skills in tech to build the life I wanted.
For me this meant keeping a job as a software engineer but switching to part time remote work so I could live the vanlife and explore the country instead of sitting in an office all day. And I’m glad I went this route as it let me do all the things I wanted to do but still have a stable income to fall back on in case anything happened while on the road.
